convenient location fresh produce really good linens whistling noise rooftop bar inflated bill
The location is really convenient. The metro station is very close. The breakfast had a variety of fresh produce. The beds and linens were really good.
The air conditioning in my room made a constant whistling noise while it was running. It was annoying and disrupted the overall comfort. I also got scammed at the rooftop bar. They added drinks to my bill, even though I had only two.

thoughtful detail time-saving location handy snacks
Service here shines! rose at breakfast remembered my coffee order every morning, a small detail i found very thoughtful. the location near the bts was a time-saver, getting me to meetings quickly. i also loved that 7-eleven next door. So handy for late-night snacks.
the rooftop pool was small, and only a few sunloungers was available.

the hotel stands a quick walk from asok station. access is easy because of the exchange tower indoor passageway. a 7-eleven store is also directly next to the hotel for immediate needs.

the breakfast buffet features diverse choices with fruit, vegetables, and an omelet station. they present both western and asian dishes. staff members even deliver special treats to tables like smoothies and heart-shaped fruit.

staff members show friendliness and provide help. rose from the restaurant offered a warm welcome and delivered hippo-shaped coconut jelly. kookai provided a refreshing, mixed-fruit smoothie to guests during breakfast.

The location was central to many attractions. I appreciated its proximity to public transportation. The staff offered really good service. They were always ready to help. Breakfast had a good variety of options too.

Excellent Stay near Transport Hub
extensive buffet convenient location handy store
The breakfast buffet was extensive with varied options, and i especially appreciated the made-to-order egg station. The location IS very convenient, a short walk to both the skytrain and subway lines. I found a 7-Eleven store right next door, very handy for late-night snacks and essentials. The hotel's policy regarding guests and durian enhanced my sense of security and comfort.
The coffee mugs available in the room were a little small.

The staff offered excellent service, exemplified by Chef Ross' really good attention during breakfast, where many guests enjoyed the available options. Rose's kindness created a homely atmosphere as she ensured everyone was satisfied and even prepared customized dishes upon request during my christmas visit.

The room included helpful amenities. Housekeeping maintained high cleanliness standards and provided a restful environment with soft beds. An effective AC unit allowed me to comfortably regulate the temperature and forget about the outside heat.

helpful staff cosy room convenient location
the staff are super nice and helpful, always smiling. the room was cosy, not too big but fine for me, and the aircon was brand new. its location is really good to reach any place easily.
the air con unit made some noise and thats all.
